Welcome to the Leeds City Region Leaders Board. In these pages, you will find information about the Leaders Board and its membership, together with an archive of the agendas and reports considered by the Board.
Legally constituted as a Joint Committee in April 2007, the Leeds City Region Leaders Board brings together the elected Leaders of our eleven partner authorities to take strategic decisions on behalf of the city region.
The Board is governed by a set of annually agreed Procedures and Protocols, central to which is the principle of ‘one member, one vote’.
Leeds City Region Leaders Board meetings are held in public and as such the press and public are welcome to attend. Meeting papers, together with details of future meetings can be found here
