The Leeds City Region LEP Economic Update is a monthly snapshot of the area’s performance on key economic drivers: employment, skills, output, exports, investment, enterprise and consumer demand. There are two parts to the Update: a dashboard that provides an at-a-glance guide to the City Region’s performance against the national average, plus a longer report that also provides the global economic context and the latest local company news. The Update is considered by the LEP Board at each monthly meeting as part of its work to improve the City Region economy, and is published here shortly afterwards.
