The World Class Places strategy acknowlegdes the link between quality of place and prosperous, healthy and safe communities. The strategy defines the vital elements of quality of place - including quality ggreen infrastructure and a good housing mix. Leeds City Region policy, particularly in housing and sustainable development, actively supports and acknowledges the World Class Places vision.
